Early Bird Discount:
Save $15 per week, per camper for all full day programs and Teen Clinic. Save $8 per week, per camper for half day Tykes. Discount ends February 24, 2012.

Cheque Discount:
Save $15 per week, per camper for all full day programs and Teen Clinic. Save $8 per week, per camper for half day Tykes. Discount ends May 1st, 2012
Full payment is due at time of registration for discounts to apply.

Family Discount:
Available starting Feb 25, 2012.
First child regular fee, each additional sibling save $15 per session for all full day programs and Teen Clinic. Save $10 per session for each additional sibling for all half day Tykes.

Full payment is due at time of registration for discounts to apply.

Multiple discounts cannot be combined.

RELEASE STATEMENT
Registered campers and their families hereby release the staff and employees of Toronto Tennis Camp and Branksome Hall from any liability for injury incurred while at camp. Furthermore, the use of the facilities at Toronto Tennis Camp at Branksome Hall is made strictly at the risk of the registrants who agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the camp.

Refund Policy:
All requests for refunds must be made in writing to our business office.
1. Before May 1, 2012, all fees less the $50 deposit per session are refundable.
2. After May 1, 2012, all fees less $100 per session are refundable if written notice of withdrawal is received more than ONE WEEK PRIOR to the commencement of the camp session.
3. All requests for refunds due to illness will be considered at the discretion of the Camp Director. Written notice and presentation of a medical certificate are required. Applicable administrative fees will be retained.
4. No refunds will be issued after a session has begun.
5. $35 charge for each NSF cheque, $5 charge for each declined credit card.
